  “office a mess, The PA is good. I liked her. He did an MRI on my arm and I had to see orthopedic Dr who said I need surgery. I called in a refill on darvocet ( I take about 2 a month)he denied the refill, I called the office to ask why. They said I had not been in in a while, ( I was there 7 weeks prior and had an apt the next week). I cannot believe he would not refill the med. I told them I would be in for the next apt but that would be the last time I would come in. He had his receptionist call me back and discharge me from his practice. I had left a message on their answering machine another time and they never called me back, when I asked about it the receptionist denied getting any message saying she listened to them and more or less called me a liar. I think he is to busy with all his mission trips.”
