  “I recently visited Rand Family Clinic and I will never go back.... EVER! I was charge a $27.00 fee for a tobacco counseling session after I had told the nurse practitioner that I DON'T SMOKE. I called to have the charge fixed because it was an obvious mistake. I was told by the office manager that I must not have remember what had happened during my appointment or I was calling the nurse a liar. Very professional....
  My bill has yet to be changed so if you'd liked to be over charge and never see a real doctor than this is the place for you!!!”
