Kristina Gutierrez-Barela, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with over 20 years’ experience. Dr. Gutierrez-Barela completed her BA in Human Biology from Stanford University, CA and completed medical school at the University of California School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. She is fluent in Spanish and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the New Mexico Society of Pediatrics. Dr. Gutierrez-Barela’s interest include pediatric asthma and allergy, adolescent medicine, early childhood development and general pediatrics.
