A family care clinic managing patient needs for ages 6 years old and up. We manage chronic health needs such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, osteoarthritis, etc. We also treat acute needs such as allergic rhinitis, flu, bronchitis, sprains, and strains. We conduct health assessments for Workers’ Compensation, sports physicals, and school physicals.
