Welcome Welcome to our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Our Practice encompasses elements of Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and most importantly Preventive Medicine. Preventive medicine has been critical in improving quality of care and reducing hospital admissions! Studies have also shown that 90% of medical problems can be competently handled by a well-trained Primary Care Physician. Furthermore, when a specialty referral is required, we are knowledgeable of local and regional options and will assist in making such arrangements.
