Parke Clinic, PC is a healthcare business with four office locations in Cayuga, Clinton, Rockville, and Rosedale, IN. Our doctors include Dr Swaim, Dr Sankey, Dr Spendal, and Dr Jones. We also have three Nurse Practitioners—Samantha Lambertus, Veda Gregory, and Peggy Wolpert. We provide primary care for the entire family but also offer addiction care, clinical laboratory services, chronic care, cosmetic care, dermatology, immunizations, mental health care, occupational care including CDL physicals and Workman’s Comp injuries, urgent care, weight loss services, women’s health care including Mirena and Nexplanon, and x-ray services.
