For Dr. Brian Moore, the love of medicine is a family affair. "I was four years old when I was introduced to the world of surgery," he explains. "My father was a general surgeon in LaPorte, and I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps." He also has several other family members who are physicians, including a distant relative who was a surgeon in the Civil War. His family has been treating the people of LaPorte since 1963, so it was important to him to continue that tradition.
