Dr. Ramanavarapu is dual board-certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine. She completed her anesthesia residency at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston where she served as chief resident. During her residency, Dr. Ramanavarapu realized she missed having continuity with her patients in an outpatient setting which then prompted her to pursue an additional year of subspecialty training in interventional pain medicine. She completed this fellowship training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as well. She stayed in Boston for six years in private practice before moving to the Chicagoland area.
