Providing compassionate care is very important to Dr. Lui. It’s one of the reasons he chose to work at OSF HealthCare. He feels his values align with those of the organization. He always looks forward to guiding patients from diagnosis and treatment to survivorship. Providing personalized care is also a top priority for Dr. Lui. “I like to have a personal connection with my patients,” he said. “I want to get to know them and help them understand and feel comfortable with their treatment plan.” Being a radiation oncologist allows him to work closely with patients and be involved with the latest technology and research. When not at work, Dr. Lui enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping and backpacking.
