Dr. Hayek grew up in northwest Chicagoland and traveled the country to obtain advanced training in orthopedic surgery, arthroscopy, and sports medicine. He values family and the character of the communities he grew up in which brought him back to Illinois to serve the residents of the northwest side and beyond. Dr. Hayek graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from Georgetown University’s Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities where he obtained specialized training in orthopedic trauma and sports medicine.
