Andrew Lewicky, M.D.

About

Dr. Andrew O. Lewicky attended Oberlin College and received the Bachelor of Science and M.D. degrees from Northwestern University. Following medical school, Dr. Lewicky completed internship and specialty residency training in ophthalmology at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center and the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary where he served as Senior Resident. After this training Dr. Lewicky served for two years in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps, holding the rank of Lt. Commander.
