Bringing an Integrative Approach to Treatment Integrative Medicine of Idaho (IMI) was founded in 2012 in Boise, Idaho by Mary K. Migliori, MD after a 23-year career in anesthesiology. IMI's focus is on upgrading each individual's quality of health to optimal. Every symptom has a cause and research is showing that most illness is 20% genetic and 80% environmentally caused. At IMI, we identify the root cause of symptoms using state of the art diagnostic testing strategies. We then address the root causes using highly scientifically researched natural therapies that replace what is missing and/or remove what is in excess. When the body is brought into balance, healing begins and symptoms resolve.
