About

Dr. Smith graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Oglethorpe University in 2011. He went on to complete medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in 2015. He did his residency training at Gwinnett Medical Center, where he served as chief resident during his last year. On completion of that program in 2018, he accepted a position at Washington County Family Practice in his hometown. He joined CPC October 2024. He has a strong interest in disease prevention in adolescence and young adulthood as a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as improving quality of life in the aging adult.
