Luis Calvo Fragachan, MD is an Internal Medicine physician with FMCOH. He is board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties and has over 20 years of diverse medical experience. He graduated with honors from the Universidad Central De Venezuela and completed Internal Medicine residencies at Venezuelan Social Security Institute in Barquisimeto, Venezuela and at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. He also completed a General Surgery residency at Central University of Venezuela in Caracas and a Nephrology fellowship at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. Dr. Calvo treats patients 18 yrs+ and is accepting new patients at his Zephyrhills office. Dr. Calvo is fluent in Spanish and English
