Jenna Wimmer is a family nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience serving a wide range of patients in Central Florida. Her passion for the underserved has driven her to spend over a decade working in the nonprofit and FQHC sector. At Hope & Help, Jenna provides primary care that makes you feel respected and valued just as you are. Jenna specializes in HIV/AIDS care, HIV prevention and LGTBQ health including HRT. She provides care for a wide range of services including but not limited to preventive care and routine physicals, gynecological services, infectious disease care and transgender care.
