Dr. McFaddin has served twice as Chief of Surgery, as well as President of the Medical Staff, at Munroe Regional Medical Center. Over the years, he has chaired and served on numerous hospital committees, including as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Surgery Center of Ocala. He is the Medical Director of the Breast Surgery Program at AdventHealth Ocala, and serves as the Chairman of the Cancer Committee, as well as the Multidisciplinary Cancer Care Conference. Dr. McFaddin's primary focus is on the treatment of breast cancer and disease, but his surgical expertise does include other general surgery procedures, including but not limited to gallbladder and hernia surgeries.
