Dr. Tewes graduated with academic distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997. He earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2001 and completed his postgraduate internship and residency training at Franklin S Dr. Tewes has practiced medicine in Colorado Springs since 2004 and has been named Top Doc in Colorado Springs Magazine.
