If I could share one insight on wellness: For me, wellness encompasses a holistic approach towards both prevention and treatment. Keeping in mind the relationship between mind, body and spirit helps us to avoid overlooking key factors affecting one’s health. My patient care philosophy: Establishing a strong relationship with my patients, as well as understanding their particular goals and preferences, is the first step in the process.
