SEE Vision Care (SVC), previously known as Santa Barbara Vision Care (SBVC), is a program dedicated to providing eyecare to individuals who may not otherwise have access to these services in our local community. The services we provide at this locations include eyecare screenings, comprehensive eye exams, and prescription glasses at no cost to the patient. Any necessary follow-up care, including surgeries, is based on eligibility requirements.
