Dr Jay Pennock is a Medical Doctor who specializes in Functional Medicine approach to disease and "whole" health, partnering with his clients to create a team. Together, we address the 4 pillars of functional medicine; sleep, movement, stress mitigation and relationships, and nutrition (food as medicine). We work on reducing inflammation throughout the body and address hormonal imbalance. Dr Jay helps clients reset their biologic clock with Testosterone replacement and Bio-Identical hormone replacement and balancing for men and women as they age.
