We also provide Laser Hair/Vein removal service. *Concierge Members pay $450 per quarter for same day/next day appointments, Direct communication with Doctor via email/Text messages for urgent health problems during weekends. They also get extended appointments, enhanced screenings, Comprehensive personalized Annual Physical and help with Specialist Referrals. Only Medicare and PPO insurances are accepted.
