Dr Ziomek sees patients in her office in a tree lined section of west Davis with easy parking where she practices general Family Medicine. It is a concierge-like practice where patients are not rushed and have access to their doctor. Annual physicals are performed as well as employment, DOT and school sports physicals. Patients are evaluated for medical issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, TB testing Shingles, skin conditions and other medical problems. Individuals are sent to nearby labs and Imaging Centers for blood work or x-rays as needed. DOT $60, annual physical $75, TB test $25. Fee for off visits, most labs take insurance. Dr Ziomek can be called Mon-Thurs 11 AM - 5 PM, Fri 12 - 5 PM to set up an appointment
