Dr. Stern is extremely compassionate and a strong advocate in ensuring patients receive the health care they need. She specializes in providing medical care and preventive services to adults 18 years and older. She recently returned to San Diego from Oregon, where she worked as Medical Director of a Health Insurance Plan, overseeing benefits provided to enrollees including making exceptions when merited as well as designing and implementing programs to improve the health of communities.
