Scott Harter, M.D., FACR is an Associate Professor in the Division of Breast Imaging. He attended LSU Medical School, then went to Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, initially enrolling in a surgical residency for 3 years. He transferred to radiology at Wake Forest, where he completed his radiology residency and a fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. From there, he came to Little Rock in 1992, where he joined a local private radiology practice. In that practice, he served as Chief of Radiology for Baptist Health of Arkansas 2009-2019 and as President of the Arkansas Radiological Society 2017-2018.
