Dr. Rudy L. Van Hemert, Jr. is Interim Chief of Neuroradiology. Dr. Van Hemert joined the faculty in 1995 and is an Associate Professor of Radiology. He attended medical school at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UAMS followed by a 2-year fellowship in Neuroradiology Dr. Eddie Angtuaco. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology and also was awarded a Certificate of Added Qualification for American Board of Neuroradiology. He is a Fellow of American College of Radiology.
